Property Committee
Caring for the landscaping and grounds is a demonstration of the stewardship of the creation that has been entrusted to the Congregation of Christ Lutheran Church. It is the first introduction to Christ by the visitor or one who comes for business or meeting with members of Christ Lutheran or organizations who use the facility for their meetings or events.
It is important to keep the outside and inside inviting while keeping the building working properly. That is what the Property Committee is chartered to do. The outside care includes weekly lawn care; weeding, planting, pruning, trimming, parking lot lighting and signage. The inside care includes the cleaning and maintenance of the interior of the building which includes electrical, painting, minor repairs, heating & air conditioning, and roof inspection and maintenance.
